The GCBC Family gathers for a variety of worship services:

Our Sunday School time begins at 9:00 AM and is broken down by age/grade for school age members and by age / stage of life for all others. From the college student to our mature adults, we want you to get plugged in to a ministry. One of the first ways to start making friends is through our Sunday School Classes. These classes will open the door to finding the heartbeat of Gate City.

Worship service begins at 10:30 and features a blend of traditional and contemporary music presented by various musicians, choirs and ensembles. The message will be delivered by Pastor Michael Owens.
Note that children K - 5th grade are released during the worship service to participate in our exciting, upbeat and interactive Kidstuf worship time

On Sunday evenings starting at 5:30, we have an Awana ministry for children age 3 through the 5th grade.  At 5:30, our Adult Choir has their weekly rehearsal, and beginning at 6:00, we have a worship service and youth Bible study/worship.

Wednesday
On Wednesdays, we have ministries designed to appeal to the entire family and provide a midweek spiritual pick-me-up.  We begin at 5:30 with Wednesday Night Supper.  At 6:30, The Lift begins.  For children grades K-5 we have our children's choir, Wired.  For students grades 6-12, we have Fusion Student Bible Study.  For adults, we offer a variety of different Bible studies from which you can choose.
